Sponsored Internship ProgramsCMC strongly encourages students to participate in internships to gain valuable work and life experience. During 2009, CMC financial supported over 100 summer internships. Academic requirements enhance these internships allowing students to earn academic credit over the summer. Nationwide Internships Consortium (NIC)CMC is a member of NIC, sharing internship listings with 16 other selective liberal arts colleges across the country, see list below. This consortium allows students access to over 4,000 internships listings each year. The NIC database is accessible through CMConnect.

Selective Liberal Arts Consortium (SLAC)CMC is a partner in the Selective Liberal Arts Consortium (SLAC) which provides additional employment opportunities for seniors, as well as two virtual career fairs, one for internships (for sophomores and juniors) and one for full-time opportunities.
