CMC maintains a variety of policies and procedures in the event that a student has a grievance or other type of complaint including with respect to Equal Employment Opportunity and Unlawful Harassment. If a student has a grievance or complaint, they should review the appropriate policies by clicking on the following links. Students are also encouraged to consult with one of the CMC Deans of Students in the Heggblade Center.

In circumstances in which the complaint refers to another CMC student, please review the Basic Rule of Conduct and Judicial Procedures (PDF).
In circumstances in which the complaint refers to a member of the CMC faculty, please see Procedures for Student and Faculty Grievances Against Faculty Members and for Faculty Grievances Against Academic Administrators (PDF).
In circumstances in which the complaint refers to a CMC staff member, please see Procedures for Student and Faculty Grievances Arising from Actions of Staff Members (PDF).
If you believe you have been subject to harassment by a student, faculty member, or staff member from one of The Claremont Colleges other than CMC, please see one of the CMC Deans of Students in the Heggblade Center.
