New Student and Scholar Information
Welcome to The Claremont Colleges. International Place of The Claremont Colleges is an international student office serving students, scholars and families of all seven Claremont College institutions and featuring international programming for the entire college and local community. Whether you are a visa student or scholar, or you hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residence and have lived abroad, please take a moment to review the International Place services which are specifically designed to assist the international and overseas student/scholar. We wish you luck as you prepare for your time in Claremont. New Student/Scholar Form The first step in preparing for your trip to The Claremont Colleges is to complete and submit our
New Student/Scholar Form as soon as possible. This enables our office to keep track of your information in order to serve you better. Please complete the form, regardless of whether or not you are requesting
airport pick-up or host family services from our office. We also invite you to fill out our
Spouse/Family Form as well, in order to help us determine how to better serve your family's needs and interests.
Students requesting a temporary host family or airport pick-up MUST submit the New Student/Scholar Form as soon as possible, even if you have not yet finalized your travel plans; you can send us your arrival details later, but make sure you do so at least 14 days prior to your arrival. International Place would like to help all students, but cannot do so on short notice.
